This strategic user experience project was not only an opportunity to advise tactical ways to extend new brand elements to the product.
Since I’ve implemented creative across a breadth of customer journey touchpoints, my experience collaborating cross-departmentally provided valuable insight to reinvent onboarding + administrative aspects of the CX.
Once this is rolled out, the onboarding wizard will also serve as a sales tool.

I worked with a partner sponsor and stakeholders at Ionic, including the CEO at the time, to produce this video for the partner to distribute to their global entities. I directed and managed the external vendor, Killer Infographics. We also produced a generic version for our sales team to share with prospects, to expand the value of this investment.
